2、All visitors shall enter via the registration QR code and ID card.
3、The registration information will be used as basic materials for the conference proceedings and other promotional materials,
booth logo, publicity as well as conference manual, so exhibitors are required to offer accurate information,
or you shall suffer the consequences if anything wrong.
4、Please keep order and cooperate with the direction of exhibition staff. No chasing, jostling or loud talking.
5、All people in the exhibition should care for the environment. No spitting or littering. No food is allowed in the exhibition.
6、All people in the exhibition should cherish the facilities and other public service facilities on the scene. Any damage will incur compensation charges equal to the cost and assume the corresponding legal responsibilities.
7、The exhibition strictly implements the safety management of the fire control. No smoking or open fire.
8、Exhibitors are only allowed to make promotion at their booths, and shall not conduct advertising, demonstration or solicitation outside the booths. Neither do the exhibits and billboards.
9、Without authorization of the organizing committee, no organization or individual shall conduct surveys, opinion polls, fund-raising or donation.
10、The final interpretation of the above terms shall be jointly and severally owned by the organizers and Nan Feng International Convention Center.
